Commission artists that contribute to Fakku?

Hey all, my knowledge of the commissioned work from Japanese artists that create hentai doujins is basically non-existent.
I've commissioned my fair share of singular pieces of work from random artists, but never more "serious" or larger pieces.
Any information would be gladly appreciated, here's some general questions that I have.
- Do Japanese (or similar style) artists even do commissioned work from a solo individual? I always figured they made their own story and art then sold it in whatever way they can, through whatever outlets.
- I'm guessing if an artist would be interested it would be pretty costly, any idea what a cost per page would somewhat look like?
- Would Fakku be interested in being the "middle man" in contacting/talking to the artist about the commission, and if made, Fakku could host the finished work on the website which would also support the artist further? Also possibly assisting in a language barrier and translation to the artist (if that needed to be paid for I'd be up for it).
I already have a story in mind, it's nothing crazy/cringey, fairly standard vanilla but with a story I haven't seen yet and I think people
would enjoy. I'm guessing in some cases the artist would want to see the "script" or at least a detailed explanation of the plot.
If anyone has any link to info that would clear up these questions, that would be highly appreciated as well.
Thanks!

https://www.fakku.net/magazines/fakku-original
those chapters that are found in fakku originals were sent from http://komiflo.com/ (komiflo is fakku's partners)
if i'm not mistaken those chapters were commissioned. you have to know that a lot of work goes into making a chapter ( the story - the art - the hours of work)
even if its possible you will need to pay an enormous amount of money if you want to own the rights for that chapter.
