In Bangladesh...we have loads of curries. Among them, the most favorable one is "Hilsa" fish cooked in mustard gravy....Delicious. "Hilsa" are usually seafish, but they come upstream to the rivers when laying eggs. That's when they taste the best..

Of course... Our chicken curries vary from the spicy "Vuna"(you can make it really hot.!!) to the sweet "korma" (sweetened by using loads of onions and yoghurt)..
I can see your drooling bro...that's why I aint uploading the photos ^_-.... However, you can google "korma" if you want to drool really...

I am indeed, but I live in Australia though, so you have the luxury to have all those food whenever you want it T_T

Fish and chips.
What began as an easy-to-prepare meal for the working-class as a result of large amounts of trawling activity and opening of railways which provided easy access to fish markets, has now become a national dish in the UK. It's also a national dish in Ireland, New Zealand, Canada and Australia, apparently.
Chips fried in Sunflower oil and battered fish that's been fried in the same fashion, the classic heart attack on a plate. And then generously salted and vinegar'd. Fuckin' love it.

I normally don't have dip, but when I do it's either burger sauce, BBQ sauce or ketchup.

I live in the U.S.
Yeah. Unfortunate.
But I visit(2+ months) Trinidad and Tobago often, so I will chose a food from there-
Goat roti with spicy curry and pylori.
Or grilled goat with buss-up-shot, mango chutney and calalou.
Simple, but delicious.
And as you can see, I like goat...

Unfortunate? No, lucky. America has some of the greatest cuisine, people just don't like to look past the fast food. Like Cioppino one of the greatest soups ever created in San Francisco, or the Waldorf Salad from The Waldorf(Hotel) in NY. The Po'Boy (called that because the accent of the creole people turns Poor to Po.) from LA. To deserts like Pecan Pie, to Peach Pie a la mode and candies from Hershey's to Salt Water Taffy. America has the fortune of being a country created by multiple cultures which is why we have such a high selection of foods and restaurants.

I do see what you are saying.
But, not all of it is authentic. I also did not mean fast food, which can be ignored.
I also meant unfortunate because there are too many things to choose from...
Sorry for the confusion.

I grew up in the Canadian maritime so most of mine would have to be seafood. Amazing crab cakes, fish and chips, smelts and lobster fresh off the boat ^^. I remember going claming as a child, some of my best memories. Nothing like a huge pot of freshly dug clams boiled in salt water.
