So wait.. I create the.bat file with the spoiler. I ran it and it created a Locker folder. So I ran the .bat again and it appears y/n. I put yes and hit enter. The folder disappears. How do I make it appear again? Do I run it? What about the password?

just click the .bat again and enter the password to show the folder
anyway you see the BOLD text in my spoiler? it's the password

So we just change the bold to whatever we want as the password? :OYes.
I, however, prefer TrueCrypt for such purposes. Like, hiding my stash....
btw, what happens when you lose the .bat, maybe even just the password (resulting from deleting that file, then not remembering, you know stuff happens sometimes)?

I see. Thanks. It works!! It's pretty cool. Now I can hide stuff.
@Nash
Copy a spare and put it somewhere else. Like a usb.. or something of the sort. If not, yer screwed.

Just making sure if there's some kind of back door if you ever lose it.
We all know PC users can be pretty stupid at times, that includes me too, of course.

if you ever happen to delete your .bat files.
Just create the .bat files again in the same folder.

There is an obvious back door Nash, since the bat file is just modifying a value in the registration database, it would be fairly easy to just use regedit to unlock the folder again.
And if you somehow delete the script, then I am sure google can be helpful telling you what value needs to be modified.
This script is nice, but if you have any idea of what it does it does not provide much security i.e. security through obscurity is NOT security

Open up a folder, then --> Tools ---> Folder Options --> View ---> Uncheck "Hide extentions for known file types".
Now it should show it as Locker.bat.txt (that is if you did named it Locker.bat but you did obviously since you said it)
Delete the .txt
Then run it.

It should make a folder called "Locker" (without the quotes of course).
You can put anything you want in there and run the Locker.bat again. The command prompt will open and press "y" (without the quotes) then hit "Enter"
It will lock. The folder will disappear. If you want the folder to appear again, just run the .bat file and input the password. The default password should be "fakku". You can change it using notepad.

Unfortunately this really isn't a lock, and anyone looking at your hard drive from another operating system could easily see it. The only people this is going to fool are the most technologically inept. Not to mention, you can just edit the .bat file in notepad and get the password. =\

After a month of lurking i will answer your question about How to completely Lock The Folder.
Simple Answer:
Delete the .bat files after use(or you can save it in your Other removable drive)
to open it again?:
Just create a new .bat files in the same folder(or copy your saved .bat files from your removeable drive to the folder where you first create a locker)
Still Confused?
how about this:
1.Create your locker in Your Local disk C (or whatever drive, no need to create it in a folder just create it in your local disk folder)
2.Copy all your Hentai,Doujin,Etc
3.Delete or Secure the .bat files
4.When you feel like it just Create New .bat files or Copy your Secured .bat files in the same folder.
The Most Obvious is The Most Neglected.

Look at BackDoorLovers last answer. There is no way that this can be called secure.
1. I can modify the registration database manually
2. I can make my own .bat file without the password in, and it would still unlock the folder
3. It is only from the local windows perspective that the folder is "locked", I can still view the files remotely or from another OS installed on the computer.
This is really just like making a hidden folder, just with a password that can be ignored if I do not feel like entering it..
