- You're improving, even if you think you aren't. Just keep at it and it'll become more obvious.
- Try hard and proven methods to improve. Read up on anatomy, or just continue sketching to upgrade your poses and flexibility. They actually do work
- Appreciate all forms of art. There's always something to learn from other artists regardless if it's your style or not.
- Keep yourself refreshed by taking your time. No point rushing an artpiece in a day and burn out.
- You'll want to quit one day when you think you're not improving (happened countless times to me, you can read abt it in some of the pages before). Instead, take a break and you'll be back with the hunger to continue.
- Draw for yourself, what you really want. Don't give in to demands of the market and get imposed to draw what you don't really want to (nor care about).
Loads of idealistic stuff, but actually works. Keep at it
