Files recover

Hi um earlier i just did some dvd burns but i think i kinda mess them up when i put them again to get some files inside the dvd i cant see the files inside the dvd even tho the memory says that theres like 3gig inside it anyone know how can i recover this files?

The files should still be on your computer where they were originally, unless you deleted them.
