- 1 chopped white onion & or green onion
- chopped boonie peppers (a local fresh chili) to taste
diced tomato

try this with rice and any meat, its Fcking awesome!!! ^_^

it sounds like its just a good little sauce to put on things, I might try it on my fried tofu and rice!

It doesnt seem like something you would use as a marinade or anything like that, just a touch up for flavor on a dish that needs a little bit more kick

pretty much to what you say, but you can use it on marinades for barbecues as well.

check the video below: Its the same exact way she's preparing it, but she added her own kick to it to suit her families taste. :)

I use this aaaaall the time, except I put a little bit more vinegar, closer to a 1:1 ratio. It's best on cripsy fried stuff.

its tangy and sour, but depending on how you make your own, it varies.

Just like what she said, also it's good for bbqs. And adding some ground black pepper is good.
