F!R&RL | Read and Read Later list shortcut

F!R&RL stands for "Fakku! Read and Read Later".

Huh?
This userscript adds clickable [±Read] and [±Read Later] buttons above the existing [Add To] button in the manga/doujinshi main page.
The goal is to enable easy tagging of both list, instead of having to click the [Add To] button to make the collection dropdown appear.
Fakku already has these features or gold members, so this allows poor users to have similar feature, slightly enhanced, but still inferior.

Noteworthy Things
The script utilizes the built-in Collection feature on Fakku, which means that you need to create 2 Collections labelled "Read" and "Read Later" for it to work.
These collections are separate from Read and Read Later list from Fakku Gold / Subscription.
