gateway time out

idk for some reason, most of the site i go to keeps getting "gate way time" and i cant totally access the sites (been 3 days) (mangaupdates, gogoanime, nyaa torrent, sankakucomplex) but i got no problem accessing fakku, getchu, deviantart, facebook and youtube /google and yahoo
my question is:
is this probably caused by a virus/malware? or is it just my net speed?
i live in the philippines btw and as far as i know there arent any news about blocking some times in the country
i already scanned my PC with malwarebytes and avast but didnt found anything..

What happens if you try to ping the sites? For example in windows go to start -> programs -> accessories -> command prompt and from there type "ping nyaa.eu" without quotes and see what happens. If you get a response back then that means you should be able to reach the site. You can also try "tracert nyaa.eu" if you can't reach it to see where at in the path it is hitching up at. The first few hops might be unreachable but it should do a complete trace.
If this continues you should probably notify your service provider.

I assume you mean a 504 error, in which most of the time it's entirely up to the web server hosts for those sites to fix it. Though, if only you're getting it then things to try would be:
1) attempting to access the sites using another device on the same network (to see if it is indeed just your computer)
2) attempting to access the sites using a different network (ie a 3g connection or a public network in the local area to isolate the ISP or network configuration as the problem)
Also what country do you live in? What's your ISP and do you have a reasonably fast connection?

Wireless signal has nothing to do with gateway errors.
