Got bored and made general tso's chicken for my family for the first time and it was amazing.
Also anyone have a good asian recipes out there.

the best and most simplest one i have(i never write down the recipes) is my mother's in- law's .... well they just called it the meat.
rump roast sliced thin or i use sirloin roast sliced 1/16 in cuts... no taco asada.
soy sauce enough to fill 1/4 of the bowl full of the meat.
one whole hand of fresh ginger(like a whole root) peeled and smashed flat
a jalapeno sliced
spoon of chile flakes or paste
two squeezes of honey
spoon of rice vinegar
two stalks of green onions chopped
let it sit in the frigde for two hours
grill and grill the ginger and peppers too... tasty
serve with fried rice or white rice.

WHOLE FOODS. I tried it and I was like, hmm wow this tastes awesome... TURNS OUT IT'S TOFU.
It's an expensive habit to keep up, but I try to get some every so often... *3* drool...
