Getting back into shape!

Hi everyone!
This year I decided to get into shape. I find some ways that is helping me out while I am trying to lose weight.
I am using my fitness pal to keep an eye on how much I am eating.
Lately I am eating less or to much. With the program my fitness pal it help me keep in shape. Don't worry this program is free. It up to you if you want to used the internet or the app program.
This app also helps you out if you trying to gain weight.
I used my fitness pal since January I lost some weight. I enjoy the fact that I can still eat the things I like while trying to get health. If you go off track it ok you can come back to it anytime. I mess up sometimes on the program, but as long you stay active you can always get back on track.
When I do my walking the app I used runtastic it tell you how fast you walking, how long you walk and more.
I would said used the free program. If you want to upgrade I would said wait because they have specials.

2.Charity Miles
3. Strava cycling
4.Gym-pacts ( This apps help you out making money while you try to get health!)
