.GIF Workshop *REOPENED*

If you could try to make the gif as smooth as possible- no in terms of it having a lot of frames, but so that it looks like he is swapping bolts infinitely.
there should be just enough frames in the video to make it loop smoothly.

I want to get a gif of a part from an anime episode. If thats doable. The second episode of Hyperdimension Neptunia. Starting a 22:22 into the show. That part goes on till 22:45 and I don't know how long gifs go but I guess maybe just till like 22:35. I don't know if this is even doable for you but I thought it doesn't hurt to ask

Would you be so kind as to make a .gif from this video?
I would like from around 10s-15s. (Cut before the rest of the police move in the frame)
