I couldn't help but keep looking for it, and I found this chapter:
Natsu no Tokubetsu Hoshuu from ReDrop. It´s not exactly the same but man, they look almost the same. The hair, the mole, the mouth, everything... and yet it's not exact.
I'm getting on my nerves here. Someone has an idea?
Edit: It was that chapter, for some reason, ReDrop drew it twice, one's the single chapter, and the other is for Henkano, a book. The book version is the one that fits your pic.
