[help] photoshop fullcolor

It not bashing.. it's because to color it it need to be flat and full of info... it i cleaned it up then color it... it would look like crap... scan it and try again. the center is in focus but the rest is slightly out of focus. plus it would be hard to remove the blue tint and not fuck the contrast and levels.
