Help Temperature Notebook Problem

This is pestering me for a while but my notebook has a heat problem, the motherboard and processor always overheats, I don't realize it(Even if it's cool temperature) but I look up at Speccy that it is really over heating.

Is there a program that will warn you if your computer is almost on the overheating level? a software something like that :D thanks

I've never heard of something like that. Maybe you should just get a cooler(like me). It doesn't help much but it's better than nothing. Another way I use is pointing the fan directly at the notebook. I find that it never heats up if i do that.

Clean your computer.. can air will work... too much shit inside the case... or your fan is busted.

Speedfan will monitor Temperatures, but getting a USB cooling pad works wonders also.

Nah,The cooling pad I bought does not work with my computer, don't know why but the problem is still there even with a cooling fan. This is a netbook so I can't really clean the inside because there is a risk of destroying it. but thanks guys :D

Just a thought but maybe it could be something wrong with the electrical wiring or faulty electronics again this is just a thought, sometimes you must think of all possibilities. But you should take it to a computer repair store.
