He's a Pirate

I suddenly had an urge to relearn He's a Pirate for the piano. The problem is that I lost my sheet music which had the official version and all of the ones on google are arrangements of it. Can anyone help me find the whole set of sheet music? The first page looks like this.

Just figure it out or something. There's only 12 notes to really choose from. It'll be faster than finding the music anyway.

That is the exact version of the sheet music that I don't want. There are two versions. The one that Wolf gave me is the most common and the one that I am not looking for. Thank you anyways though.
