How to hack K9 filter so I can watch Fakku!

I have this friend who wants to watch Fakku! bad. The problem is he plays in Internet Cafe's that have K9 Protection. I'm asking if any of you guys might be able to help? Will + rep guy with solution!!

No admin rights or access to the browser configuration in internet cafes I guess...
so that leaves a proxy website besides asking to connect your own laptop (and then connect via VPN). A quick search for "proxy website" reveals for example http://siteopen.net/ .
Though I have no idea whether this K9 protection looks at the actual content in your browser (via browser plugin) and filters that. In which case you would be out of luck anyway.

I think your friend has more of a chance getting banned from that lan cafe than being able to bypass the filter.
If the admins had any sense they would probably have blocked off proxy sites.
