It was just there when I ripped it from an .xp3 file. The only thread I could find on the net that mentioned the .amv file type inserted into a Kirikiri2 game didn't answer how to go about playing or converting it.
Edit:
Apparently, the filetype uses a plugin called "AlphaMovie.dll". It doesn't seem to be a Kirikiri2-specific thing.
