I have a small problem.

I'm sure everyone knows about those Capace, or whatever they're called. And since my spelling is shit, I'm talking about the box with some type of gibberish that you have to type into another box for security reasons.
My problem is, I can't see them. I've run into some interesting forums and download sites that require you to put down what you see, but the boxes themselves don't even show up for me. So I have a question: How do I get it to where I can see them?

Ah okay, you mean captchas ;) First of all, which browser do you use? If it's Firefox, maybe you have noscripts addon running, and it's certainly blocking those things.

You're right about me using Firefox, but I can't find a noscripts addon. I did a search and saw that someone said to turn off any pop-up blockers, but that didn't help.

If you run firefox 4, press ctrl+shift+A to open the addons tabs. You should check there to be sure. There is most likely something blocking those captchas. Just to be sure it's coming from your browser, try with another one, IE or Chrome for example.

Actually I figured out the problem, but that just brings up another issue. I can't be certain, but there's most likely a virus on my comp that prevents me from using Google (Anything related to google), Yahoo Search, and even signing into YouTube. There might be more things it prevents, I just don't know what and I don't have the money right now for any software to get rid of any virus that may be on there.

Simple way to check if there is a virus in the program or the computer.
