I wanted to get started with drawing again, I haven't done it in ages, so I tried with a reference and this is what I got. You can help me with some starting off tuts on basics again, things like that. I mean BASICS, like proportions, hands, hair, etc. PLEASE.... I don't know where to start.
Oh, I also need help with digital drawing and coloring. PLEASE!

Calm down man, you're exaggerating things.
First of all, drawing again, yessss, good job. Now, help with anatomy and proportions. There's really no trick to it. Tutorials will not make you improve (though you're free to search them). Just draw more and more and you'll improve naturally. There is really no way to cut corners, it's all about practice.*
Now, about digital painting. I can hook you up with SAI if you so wish to; in case you don't know SAI, it's a really nice program that specializes in drawing, here is an example.
About the drawing and painting itself in SAI, it's always best to just mess around and try to get the accustomed to the program. Here are some tutorials. Some of them are very very simple and you'll already know how to do it if you mess around with the program like I told you. Others offer some interesting approaches to doing things and some nice tips and tricks.
