If You Can Open a Restaurant, Cafe, etc.

So if you can open a restaurant, cafe, ice store, candy store or whatever etc.
What would it be? And let's be hypothetically speaking about the future, but try to be realistic as well. 1) Feel free to post a picture you find on the internet that would resemble your ideal store. 2) and what would you call it?

I would never open a cafe. Because cafe signifies drinks which you can't really charge a lot of money for. Instead I would try to open a restaurant on a cruise ship where I could charge a ton of money. And of course I'd have a licence to sell hard alcohols so I could make mixed drinks and charge high for those.

I'm way too lazy to actually open a restaurant, but if I do, it will be something like this:

Open up a coffee shop with nude waitresses like the one i stopped by in Seattle.

Id have a Burger/Candy van called Porky's... Y'know somethin' for the adults an' somethin' for the kids! :P~

I'll have one of those Ice Cream truck jingle jangles on it... Knock on the window and i'll give you some 'service'.

I would operate a Restaurant specializing on exotic food such as Monitor Lizards, Crickets, Grasshoppers..etc.

go to some 3rd world asian country or south american. And you'll see it's been done.

OT: Cafe, more precisely a Maid Cafe only cause I'm that much of an Otaku

As a child I always wanted to be a baker (which was odd appearently)so I would want to open a pastry shop and sell my sweet confections and fatten people up thus making them and me happy.

I would name it Awesomest Bakery Evar because it would be

I would open a Grosteque lounge.

It would have gore, costumes, and hidden passages.

I just realized that I picked Restaurant as the topic but not an option. That wasn't my intention. Oops, I wonder if the moderator can edit the poll, because I cannot even after I try to edit it.

Anyway, my choice is cafe, and though the main focus is not making a huge deal of money, I don't think a cafe is that bad if the selected location is good. I mean Starbucks make lots of money right? Coffee and sweets are expensive and less time consuming to make. The right cafe at the right location can generally make more money than a regular restaurant, because it's harder to cook "delicious food" than making ok coffee and sweets. Then again, cafe can also serve food as well.

As for location, I think a cafe close to a university would be good. Student live performance and student discount and all can really sell! Besides, cafe is easier to maintain than a bar.

And yes, the name would be losely something like "Seaside Cafe~^^" since I really do like the name from that SHAFT anime, but I wouldn't want my employee to wear maid outfit though, cuz maid outfit mostly actually doesn't look that great in reality and can be a bit weirded out by the customer.

Oh I would certainly open either an ice cream parlor, or some sort of sweet shop. :3
