Impulse Buying

I'm sure you've all run into this, internet or IRL. I'm not sure what to do about this situation. I saw some Little Busters figures, Sasami and Kudravka, both are Alter. I haven't played the VN and there probably isn't going to be an anime in the next few months either, so I can't gauge their personalities but I could stereotype. Sasami is twintailed so she must be tsundere and with Kudravka's Alter pose she's a...Idk. I could probably do without Sasami but Kudravka is a Re-production, which sort of increased the likeliness of me getting her.
Anyway, what would you do or how do you control your impulses?
EDIT:
okay how about this. Which one would you rather get?

how to stop impulse buying:
1. look inside wallet
2. Try to recall on how much money I have in my savings
3. Always look at release dates of newer figures first
impulse buying can backfire like a cannon...

how do i control my impulses:
1. look at your economy condition
2. collect info about figures you're going to have (example: price and release date) then make saving schedule
3a. make comparison about detail (facial expression, well proportioned, coloration; some sort of 'Customer Evaluation' at www.1999.co.jp ) between figure you are going to buy, then decide which (the best) one you'll buy or
3b. do some meditation and hoped there'll be answer from above which best figure you are going to buy.

I haven't seen/played FSN, but I was so very tempted to buy Fate/Unlimited Codes with figurine last Saturday for some ridiculous price. There was another, even more expensive proper Saber figurine which caught my eye, before I ended up placating myself with an Asuka. That was still a purchase I shouldn't really have made. :P
