Internet Download Manager

Recently i stumbled upon a downloader software called Internet Download Manager. What is its advantage compared to others downloader?

It has a 30 day free trial though. Unlike Winrar, it does actually expire. After that you need to pay to use it.

Downloaders are unnecessary. Unless it for something needed that downloaders extension. Yeah they have a benefit of streamline dling but so does that native dl manager included in your browsers. Plus have fast speeds and premium codes.

if your internet connection is low like I'm I recommend you using this program
idm take care download more faster, you can resume again the downloads that has been error because the internet connection not available, when I download the file not even once I have the file corrupt, you add url and can make the schedule download

Its pretty awesome, when I download from mediafire its uses the cap bandwith.(im using a 12mbps connection so he internet download manager downloads from mediafire 1200kbp/s so its awesome.

In my case, Internet Download softwares doesn't boost download speed.
Its speed is still the same, the only benefit is that you can resume broken downloads. Since the time when file hosting services started to appear, DL managers cannot be used with them (unless you're a premium member of that service) since DL managers can only download from direct host/links. Many people mistook file hosting sites as "DDL" which aren't true.

I know JDownloader can access MegaUpload (or probably others too) and bypass its DL limit.
