I've tried googling this, and I see that people have different responses each time. Since that didn't clear anything up, I've turned to the Fakku community for answers.
Is masturbating and/or having sex before doing some strenuous physical activity (such as blue-collar work, sports, working out, etc) inconvenient? What I mean is, does it tire one out faster than normal? And if so, what is the proper rest time in order for it to not be detrimental? Is it connected to one's level of fitness?
In my experience, I've had mixed results. Sometimes I'm more energized and sometimes when I run too much my kidneys would start to hurt and I get tired quicker.

Sex is a physical activity and depending on what one does, you can get too tired. Honestly, I wouldn't do anything after masturbation or sex. But I do use masturbation as an easy way to sleep. It just seems kind of counterproductive in my opinion.

oddly enough, I've used them as a way to wake up on more occasions then sleep, tired for moment, then awake & energized for a while

Well from my standpoint yes. I don't have solid evidence other than my own experience that when I masturbate before doing intense cardio I usually under-perform.

If you orgasm like fiercely, like your heart rate is through the roof. Then the answer is yes.

If you fap a quick one in the morning(or better yet, have some kinky morning sex) it'll boost your testosterone and help you wake up. As far as working out afterwards, I never really considered it.

I find that if I'm horny I workout harder. As for before work? I find that it makes me less stressed

I tried doing it once but I don't feel any change in my performance, in fact I did more than usual. My tip is proper sleep don't stress, you'll need food healthy food its your energy.
My kidney hurts too after 20 mins of non stop jogging but it's when I first doing the exercise and now I don't feel anything, it's just my body is getting use to it.

It works for me. Nothing is better than a good fap the night before a big match or important game. but that may just be luck

Alright I will let you in on something, yes it can have adverse effects but it depends on person to person. Me personally it did affect me a few years back as I had sex the night before, so the morning of my Track & Field state championship, I was exhausted and lost a race I should in fact have won. It was a 2 mile run.

If I have a big game or tournament the day after, I usually have sex or masturbate the night before. But that could just be more superstition if anything.

it is for me. im on crew, and scince i got promoted to varsity this year, ive had to stop masterbaiting for up to 3 days before a race, otherwise i can strain my arms before a race

Do not masturbate before an exercise session. Do it afterwards. It will give you an insulin spike and help you metabolize nutrients more efficiently following the session.
