J-Drama Recommendation~
0
Hello. Anyone know any good japanese drama? I'm currently stuck in my house with nothing better to do than watch stuff.
I prefer comedy or about friendship or action. Romance is fine but my forever alone life sometimes can't take the lovey dovey crap.
I've watched Binbo Danshi, Samurai Highschool, My Boss My Hero, Stand Up!, Tokyo Dogs, The Hero Yoshihiko (Both seasons), Last Cinderella (I know its romance but there's Miura Haruma)
Thanks in advance. :)
PS :
Sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum :D

The only one that i know is Densha Otoko, because of the premise '-'
But it is a romantic comedy, so maybe the whole idea of an otaku falling in love will not go well.(i'm a masochist ._.)

My Sassy Girl maybe. But it's Korean.
Is J-drama the first thing that in mind? There's plenty of movies or anime, I'm sure you haven't seen yet.

I suggest watching AKB48's drama Majisuka Gakuen. It has three seasons, although the third is entirely independent from the story the first establishes.
Majisuka Gakuen is a bloody, martial arts packed yankee drama. There are many great characters to choose from and get behind. And while the second season gets a bit far fetched in the story telling, there is a fair amount of character progression and depth that should keep you hooked.
The best part? Only cute girls, no guys.

This sounds like something i might like, I'll check it out. Any other series like it you'd recommend?

If I'm not mistaken Shiritsu Bakaleya Koukou is also one of the dramas that feature AKB48. The only downside is there's a lot of guys punching each other.(Instead of girls like Majisuka Gakuen)

None that come to mind. As mentioned above, Shiritsu Bakaleya Koukou is also an AKB-yankee related drama but it focuses greatly on the male actors in the show, it doesn't give as much attention to the idols as you'd expect an AKB related drama to give. Even though Shimazaki Haruka--who's adorable--is in a main role.
And away from armies of cute girls, if you're into the yankee theme itself you might want to check out Yankee kun to megane chan. The main girl is cute and the show itself is pretty damn fun.
