Japanese Trading Card Games - Do You Collect and/or Play?

Yu-Gi-Oh all the way. I grew up with this stuff and ow I collect so many of the cards. Plus I have at least one card or two that appeared in some of the main characters deck. Like Black Luster Soldier,Red Eyes Back Dragon, Blade Knight, Magician Of Black Chaos, Arkana Knight Joker

Yu-Gi-Oh is, and almost always will be, the only card game that high school casual nerds will have no shame in playing.

I use to collect Yugioh and Pokemon cards. As for Pokemon cards, i have no idea where it went 0_o

yugioh is one of those card games that truly stuck with me. it helps that it also taught me had to do 2 to 4 digit addition and subtraction quickly in my head.

I used to play pokemon, then Yu-Gi-Oh, then Duel Masters, then back to Yu-Gi-Oh. I eventually stopped playing in high school because the only people left who played were honest to goodness mentally handicapped people who just used a big ass 100 or more card deck and thought they could win with that. I've played a little bit of Magic the Gathering in college but I just don't know that many people who play it. There is a gamers' guild that meets on Saturdays but I go home for the weekends.

i play both yu-gi-oh and Magic the Gathering, my 1 problem i don't have anyone 2 play against

Play Yugioh and Cardfight Vanguard. Yugioh: For the OTKs, FTKs, and rage quits. Vanguard: For art and the hype level near the end of the duel.

I used to play these TCG's:

Yu-Gi-Oh! - Would still be playing but it lost a tremendous amount of fans and popularity where I live.

Pokemon - Currently still playing and I'm an official gym leader at a local pokemon league.

Magic the Gathering - Same reason as Yu-Gi-Oh!

Duel Masters - Same reason as both Yu-Gi-Oh! and Magic the Gathering.

Used to play pokemon trading cards when I was little but that was about it.

With digital games these days, its hard to find the passion to play card games nowdays lol.
