In this cold wintertime, what could be better than a nice big pot of stew? Nothing!
The brilliant part of this recipe is that it's only what I use as an outline, pork can be substituted for chicken, chorizo sausage for bacon or whatever I feel like.
This is also a very versatile dish, which can be served with anything from white rice to mashed potatoes and even pasta.
Preperation time: 2 hours.

Bell peppers and leeks cut (mushrooms not here, because they had gone bad even though I bought them today :( )
Browning the garlic and meat.
Adding the bell peppers and leek.
Adding the cream, coconut milk, soy sauce, oyster sauce, spicy chilli sauce, bullion cubes, blue cheese and red wine.
After simmering and thickening.
