Looking for bit rate converter

So I am simply looking for something that will convert bit rate units from larger to smaller and vice versa. I use to have one but I seem to have lost it and don't know where to get it anymore.

Sadly, Google is failing me and is giving me video calculators and bandwith bit rate calculators.

So does anyone know where to point me out to? It can be an online calculator as well, IDC.
