Looking for cheap pie recipes

I have a pillsbury pie crust left over from a pack of two i got from a friend of my mom, and i want to make something special for when my middle brother comes home(He is in the air force, and has been stationed in South Carolina)
I've already made a cinnamon apple pie, a ice cream pie(I made it a few years ago before i got the pillsbury crusts) and a marshmallow chocolate pie(My dad got me 2 extra crusts for that because it didn't require baking), and i want to make something that i haven't really done before but that isn't too expensive either
Does anyone have any suggestions?
