I talked shit he said I couldn't do it and now hes buying pills to help him lose 30 pounds and I am now going to be on a mission to drop some weight or owe the man some cash(no pills just exercise and smaller food portions). anyway since I love this site and maybe because I wanted to add to my topics made tally and or post count I will be doing weekly weight updates and maybe a pic here or there to see the progress made. If any :( . anyway if your doing anything to lose weight let us know or how you have, would be cool to hear some stories or tips. or have some more people to suffer with ;).

My advice is to eat less in terms of the total amount but eat more in terms of frequency. Combine that with proper cardio + weightlifting = effective fat burning. Always push yourself but don't injure yourself, just make sure you're going with max intensity so your body reaches higher temperatures and so that you can burn fat.
I recommend Insanity/P90X for programs as I've done them both and they've definitely given me results, its just brutal and you gotta commit to it.
Something else I did when I was training before was HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) combined with weight lifting, and that seemed to give me results as well.
In a nutshell, cardio + weightlifting + proper diet and nutrition + discipline + your 8 hours a day = pretty quick weight loss.

No problem. Oh and just to be clear, 8 hours was meant towards sleep not working out, just clearing things up.
