What's the worst tangible item(s) you've ever lost, and was unable to ever find?
Mine would probably have to be my house key. Wasn't a huge loss, but was a major inconvenience at the time.

I lost my glasses one time. I don´t wear them all the time because my eyes start to hurt after some hours and my eyes are not that bad. I took them off at a train station to wash my face and forgot them there. As I came back to search for them, they already got feet and were never seen again...

I've lost a few things I could never find again.
In my first year of High school, my Game Boy Colour was stolen. I think it had Pokemon Silver in it.
When I was visiting Canada, I lost a tamagotchi.
And more recently, my favourite hat. Though thankfully I had a spare (which from time to time plays hide and seek with me)

Okay so i lost my beats headphones at school in english class once last year and almost lost it! I'm sorta anti-social/introverted so i held my anger in as much as i can and everyone i saw instantly became suspecious. And because of my anti-socialness/introvertedness i found it weird to listen to people talk for the first time and it drove me to find my beats headphones even more in this 30 minute lunch. When i came back from lunch, one of my close friends forgot he had it in his pocket ;_;

I move a lot so about half of my personal library went missing. Specifically nearly all of my manga (not much) and a book that was very sentimental to me since I had had it since roughly the age of 5.
That box also had my full color HOTD omnibus. Still mad about it.

I recently lost my ear buds. Now I don't listen to music when I'm walking from the parking lot to my school campus. Sucks.

I misplaced my fiance's tax return check from the state so now he has to request another check lol.....

When I graduated from high school in '05, I got an engraved iPod mini from my family. I would use the thing non stop in college and was also renting an apartment at the time. Three years into college I moved from my apartment and no matter how much I searched all my stuff I was never able to find the iPod. I eventually I got an iPod touch, but what hurt me most was the sentimental value attached to the other one.

Well, in our case he just has to request another check and wait longer.
