Love problem

Well my sis (close friend) likes this one girl but she have already got rejected by her and the girl she likes is liking another girl. She still love the chick but can't think what to do so I stepped in and said "you need to move on sis". Kinda feel like a douche so can anyone give me suggestion on what to tell her?

what you said is pretty much what anybody should've said in that situation,if its love and she has been denied once it would be selfish on her part to still persist,also she should consider the other girls feeling.Love in a way is like a war you may have battles but you have to know pick your battles.Time will tell because there could be a im going to say slim chance that the girl your "sis" likes might reciprocate her feeling regardless of that you said the right thing

It's not a douche thing to tell the truth. Sometimes people just aren't meant to be together, and of that's the case then their is no reason to try anymore. I don't mean to say that you should never try to chase after someone. Sometimes all it takes is time and determination and you might eventually get the person you want, but if it's a dead end, best thing to do is to move on.
