Mangaka Software

I'm looking for software that would allow me to create manga using my Wacom tablet. I have been hashing stories in my head for years, and I'd like to get them fleshed out. If you know of ANY software that is great for creating manga, please list it.

Isn't any drawing or painting program fine? I mean you would have to create the layout and all that. The only one program I think that would fit for that would be Sai so far? I'm a newb so uh just putting my opin.

Thanks for the reply. I actually just found a program and was on my way to close this down. The software is called Manga Studio Ex 4. The reason regular drawing programs aren't the greatest is because you have to draw all the panels by hand, as well as word balloons and lettering. MS-Ex4 streamlines everything, with drag and drop balloons, d&d panels, and so many great features. Check it out if you're interested in it. If not, thanks again for the reply!
