That tune was awesome I used to love hearing that when I was 5 years old.

The original Power Rangers were amazing!
I loved the show as a kid. But as the new seasons came out it turned gayer and gayer.

the song itself is just awesome in general but when groups like buckethead and powerglove do covers its just amazing...though i do have the original full theme song on my computer :)

This thread brings back so many memories from my childhood... Mighty Morphin Power Rangers was the show that I'd always watch and I still remember how excited I was when I heard that there was a movie.

It's a pen name. His actual name is Ron Wasserman. He was responsible for and composed many of the songs for Power Rangers from season one through In Space.

You can tell when Wasserman stopped composing too. The songs stopped being overly bombastic after In Space was over, with a few exceptions. The themes for Galaxy, Wild Force and S.P.D. were catchy, at least I thought. But they were the only exceptions, and Wasserman actually did S.P.D. as his only Power Rangers song after In Space.

And as a special treat! Let's all listen to arguably the worse Power Rangers song in existence!

I was in swimming class today and this one dude noticed me singing the theme song. A high five!
