[Locked] Minor Problems with Keyboard/Mouse Combo & Norton Anti-Virus

For some reason, if I hold down a button on the keyboard, and move my mouse, after a second or two, the mouse stops working. When I release the key, it works fine, but when I press it again, the same thing happens.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?
Norton Anti-Virus keeps deleting my programs. I'll try to run something, and Norton will say that it's a virus, then delete it, even if it's something trusted, like... Norton Internet Security. Just deleted that this morning. >_>;;

i wouldnt recommend norton as an antivirus to use, i find it terrible. And the keyboard and mouse errors, im not sure but i think it has something to do with your drivers, or the options of the mouse.
