MPC+CCCP crappy.

I have download over 180gb of anime, and normally I use VLC or MPC+CCCP, but half the anime on the vlc glitches out with a green fuzz, and the MPC the audio cuts out and it continues to play video, but not sound when I pause it. I am just wonder what else I could use to watch anime.

You might want to look up a guide for customizing your audio settings if you're experiencing sound issues, or updating your sound cards audio drivers. MPC really is the best, there isn't an alternative out there that provides the same level of advanced functionality.

If you're on a crappy computer, don't download HD 10-bit encodes of anime, you simply don't have the raw horse power necessary to decode that kinda content.

Spoiler:
That tells me everything *except* what matters for video decoding: your CPU.
Some googling suggest you have an AMD E-300 APU which is pretty lackluster it's actually slower than even an old Core Duo processor.
My suggestion is to stick with SD releases and avoid 10-bit encodes.

but half the anime on the vlc glitches out with a green fuzzAs Flaser said, most likely Hi10P issue, but AFAIK VLC should have 10-bit support. Please post VLC version and MediaInfo of one problematic and one working file (MPC: Shift+F10 -> MediaInfo).

If specific, post MediaInfo of problematic and working file. Also, exact CCCP version.
If global, try reinstalling CCCP following the wiki instructions. Check for other codec packs with Insurgent before installing. Reset all settings after installing.
Make sure your audio/video drivers are installed and up to date.

No CPU or GPU listed. Post those or exact laptop model.
Hi10P can only be software decoded and is quite CPU-intensive, older/low-end CPUs usually can't handle it. You could try 8-bit 720p or SD.

That still doesn't tell us what CPU your laptop has. It did let me know you have a AMD Radeon HD 6250 which doesn't support hardware decoding of h264.
Please follow the instructions I wrote in this thread:

Kadushy's advice might be worth trying out, as CoreAVC has a tendency to do better on machines with poor CPUs.
