Ok no offense but that doesnt help either. You still arent really explaining what I am supposed to do, where Im supposed to do it, and how it works. Im one of those slow people who needs a step by step explanation of stuff. Also, both of those so far demand apparently that I already have the scan on another site. Cant I just do it from my computer?

And there you can see that small icon with a picture of mountains and a sun, or something like that. Click it and a window pops up. Now you're supposed to write the url to a picture there. Like if you want to post that bunny girl picture by you, you copy and paste http://th07.deviantart.net/fs70/PRE/i/2011/186/7/b/bunny_girl_by_lazycrazyartist-d3l3cq8.jpg in it.
And then happens this:
And yes, you need to upload the picture somewhere on the internet first and then post it.
And if you dont want the picture to take so much space, the easiest way is to paint the whole text [size=10](meaning [ img]http://th07.deviantart.net/fs70/PRE/i/2011/186/7/b/bunny_girl_by_lazycrazyartist-d3l3cq8.jpg[/img ])[/h] and press the blank white icon up there. And then you should get this:
