Even though I'm currently a virgin, I've always thought of myself as having somewhat low stamina, but a very healthy sexual drive. What this means to me, is that if I was with a desirable partner, even if I felt drained after the first orgasm, my drive could push me back up to continue past the initial fatigue, something that I don't generally do while masturbating solo. Is this plausible? Or is it just wishful thinking on my part? Just curious.

I've experienced times where I managed to stay hard after orgasm and didn't feel completely worn out, so was able to go for another round almost right away. I don't know what it is, when it happens I just stay horny and hard. I'm not sure what causes it and it's quite rare.

A majority of the time you will feel worn out even if you have a high sex drive. Give yourself about 10 minutes to recover.

You can't judge your levels on how you masturbate since it is totally different with another person. If you feel like you only have one good shot in you and will pass out afterwards just do some foreplay with the future partner of yours, make her cum a few times and then have sex.
