Need help on gaining weight/muscle T.T

Ok so basically im 6 feet tall (6,1 in shoes) i have a bmi of 17.2 and weigh about 127 pounds ,_,
Essentially i own a bench and some weights and i use them pretty regulartly (realisticaly i use them probably every other day or so not on the weekends and on the weekends it depends on what im doing because sometimes i dont get to work out at all)
My work out right now is doing 15-30 benches of 75 pounds (idk how to say that) going into ab workouts (varies between leg lifts, sit ups, and bicycle's or whatever theyre called) then either in between the two i do this weird thing where i lay on my bench and i pull 30 pound weights on either side of me to my chest and i do this like 15 times
Im pretty much just trying to gain muscle mass so i dont look as skinny but other then that my only real goal is to be able to bench like a reasonable amount since 75 pounds is kind of suckish :(.
so if anybody has any ideas on what i could do or a workout plan to help me bulk up id love to hear it :D

If you want to gain mass and get stronger you should not just bench everyday 15-30 times. You need to bench once a week and work your way up involving weight. You should also eat something that contains protein after you are done weightlifting or take creatine before and after your workout. Your workout also needs to be more diverse rather than just bench press, abs, and leg lifts. You need to consider your diet and to not push yourself too much because you can seriously injure yourself(from past experience) I bench 255, but it took time for me to work my way up and continue to have dedication.

For size you need to do high weight/low rep sets.
Doing larger sets with lower weight will build some size, but not that much.
The whole white muscle red muscle thing.

Please explain. It sounds like something that may help me create better work outs for myself as I'm looking to get cuts.
OT: You also need to watch what you eat. You need alot of protein for muscle recovery and muscle growth. Since you're so skinny, maybe creatine would be something you should consider taking. Or some other type of protein supplements.

Genetics plays a lot into it, I have a nice build but know a guy way skinnier than me that benches more and that because he builds more lean muscle than I do which is actually better since it's easier to stay flexible but that's more Martial art talk. As said before find your max (with a friend to spot) and then go at about 50%+ of that at not so much low reps but heavy enough so that low reps is all you can manage. For cuts however you'll need to incorporate a lot of light weight high rep cardio. At the same time however cardio is good for burning down some of that bulk muscle but for that perfect look you're gonna need a structured work out and eating is really important.
