Need some help with this

If you can't access a user's page because "User does not exist or their account is inactive.", does that mean that they have been banned?

That, or something's wrong in the url. It's a buggy system really, and sometimes it depends on the username itself. Who're you looking for?

Certain things mess with the system, my apostrophe really seems to mess with it. It may just be something like that.

oh... so how do we fix this? Or would they fix it? A random stranger user who sent me a message appears like this too.

Wow, didn't know that the apostrophe was a big deal. But it is rare for a site to use a character and I have seen problems where you see the code instead in many other places.





So it isn't just one user, wow, this is odd. At least we know that they are active accounts.
