NEED SPANISH (OR MAYBE MEXICAN) SNACK IDEAS!
0
So my forum class is going to be hosting a thank you party for our forum and Spanish teachers on Tuesday. People asked me to bring some food in and I'm not sure what to bring!
It doesn't really matter whether it's sweet or savoury, as long as I can carry it in my four tier tiffin carrier. I need ideas, any ideas!

Whoops! Should have said It's during forum class in the morning my bad, so I need dishes I can prepare the night before, heat up, and then bring in my tiffin.
All these sound pretty good so far! Is it possible to prepare empanadas be prepared in advance? Like to fill them and then bake them the next day?

Yeah empanadas can be filled and cooked, you can even fry them off, then bake them in the morning to reheat - they actually still taste pretty good cold.

You need to brush it with a butter and sprinkle it with salt and it give it a nice pastry like crispness
it's pretty good, but fried will always taste better

Tamales and Enchiladasi read this as "Tentacles and Enchiladas" and it seemed like a reasonable idea :I
