New Photoshop Feature is Magic!

Adobe demonstrates a new feature called Content-Aware Fill in this official video. The demo starts with some small pieces, so if you're short on time, jump to about the 2:50 mark (halfway point) for the extremely impressive stuff. Make sure you watch it full-screen.
I think my brain just exploded. :o

work on ps 4??No...this is a feature they're making for CS5.
And to be honest, if this works as well as in this video, just this one feature completely justifies a new release.

Looks like it'll be worth finally updating to CS5 when it's released.
Specially since I work with panoramas a fair amount.

I already heard about the new content aware tools they would ship with the new release, but this is the first time actually seeing it.
Very cool, if it works it will save allot of time fixing all those small problems I often have with my pictures :)

The last one was particularly amazing. I wonder how the hell do these guys design this kind of thing.

I guess this is where all that intensely complicated Math in college that I think I'll never use again comes into play. Gj Adobe.

Wow. Im actually looking forward to this. There were tons of pictures I couldnt do anything with because I didnt know how to edit things out... but with the this new feature.... just wow. Incredible. Ill definitely be on Photoshop more.

I must admit that content aware function is mind blowing (I've never used photoshop before so forgive me if I sound noobish).

definitely going to be a very useful function as it can patch inside and outside of pictures, and the results on the examples are almost faultless...truely amazing@.@

It was not the effect, but the speed and ease of which the Photoshop guy did it, which was amassing! Hell I could do the same if I just had the time to do it manually (and felt like it..)
GIMP has never been user friendly, so I very much doubt that if would be the case whith the GIMP plugin, but of cause I could be wrong.
To settle this I would need to see how easy and fast the same effect can be done in GIMP
