Nexus 4:
The newest in the line of Nexus smartphones, the Nexus 4 is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro SoC, 2GB RAM, 8/16GB of internal memory, a 1.3MP front camera, and a 8MP rear camera. It will also be the first phone to have Android 4.2 (still titled Jelly Bean). On the Google Play Store it will cost $299 and $349 for the 8GB and the 16GB respectively
Nexus 10:
Google's declaration of war against the iPad. Google once again partners with Samsung to make a 10-inch tablet that is powered by Samsung's brand new Exynos 5 Dual SoC, the world's first tablet to be powered by the Cortex-A15 processor, and will feature a 2560x1600 display. Costing $399 for the 16GB version and $499 for the 32GB version. (Looking forward to this mainly because I'm hoping that this tablet may be able to play 10bit properly, I've heard that the Mali-T604 is very powerful along with the Dual Cortex-A15s inside)
How dare Google tempt me with their Nexus 7, and then troll me with these 2 new devices now. I am so angry and so excited at the same time! I have qualms about an LG phone but I am perfectly willing to purchase the Nexus 10 in the holiday season.

I'm almost convinced to buy both a Nexus 4 and a Nexus 7 for the same price I was going to pay for a single Windows Phone 8. They're so cheap for the tech behind them, I wonder how google actually make money through these products.

Nexus 4 is definitely a must buy as long as you don't care about the lack of LTE.
I wouldn't buy the Nexus 10 though. The amount of apps designed for its display estate is practically nil.

As in you won't experience frame loss like most other mobile devices but you will get blocking (this is of course using MX Player).
