I just have one question about it:
I use PayPal to purchase books from FAKKU, and I usually just buy the digital edition. However a few months ago I bought my first paperback, and after an inquiry with FAKKU Store I got a refund at 10 USD. The thing is that money remains on my PayPal account and my attempts at transferring it to my bank account hasn't worked. So I just left it there. Having used PayPal to purchase books coming out recently I went back and checked the account, it's empty.
So does that mean that the money I got back and left on the account has now been spent on the new purchases?

Yes, unless you used paypal earlier to buy something. There's a transaction summary on paypal, that should tell you for sure where the money went.
