Pc or monitor not responding?

Can someone help me out? I was streaming YouTube and accidentally press sleep key on my keyboard. Now, when i try to turn on the monitor it keep on saying no signal even thou my pc is running.
I tried
Googling for a fix....
Replace ram
Replace graphic card
Tried connect monitor outport from graphic card to mobo and from mobo to graphic card
Connect with a different hard drive inside ( 1 is a 1tb hdd and other is 250g hdd both from WD)
Anyone have a clue what going on??
Comp spec....
Intel Core i5
Gigabyte ga-h55m-s2v
Got radeon 6670 and radeon 5500? ( can't remember and also on mobo ATM) both from asus
Kingston 4g ram and corsair vengeance 2 x 4gb ddr3 ( currently what on the mobo)
500w power supply
I tried

Does your monitor accept different input sources? If so make sure the monitor is on the correct setting.

Press F8 during startup and boot into Safe-Mode. Re-set your resolution settings, see if that helps.

Well i tried 2 different monitor and one is a tv....
Idk what the problem is when I power on I can hear the pc running, fan spinning, lights on everything seem fine except for he connection between the pc to the monitor -.-
I tried multiple of output of different kind from the gpu and the mobo.... I guess I'll buy a new mobo and see of that work Dx
also what OS?

When you tried the graphics on the mobo did you take out your other GPU? Also are you getting any posts when you start your computer?

Also are you getting any posts when you start your computer?i have 2 diff GPU i tried them both and i have tried using mobo with and without the GPU... but when ever i power on the PC nothing come up the monitor. No respond. No sign of it picking up anything.
well anyway my new mobo coming soon today or tomorow... i'll post back see if that will work x_x
Edit: Great.... I receive my new mobo just today and soon found out... apparently my CPU chip is not compatible with the new mobo... I thought any intel core is fine (since the new mobo said it compatible with I5 and i have one i5) but turns out it not! At least i learn something out of that, the term "LGA"
