I can agree with you on whats happening to the openings but I just want to see if anyone likes them. I like that battle theme but I don't particularly care for that version. This version of the kanto gym leaders is my favorite battle theme

This is the best so far. I think the only thing that can beat this is a theme for Pokemon done by JAM Project seeing how Rika Matsumoto is Ash's VA. Though personally I like Red a whole lot more than Ash.

The original theme song is the only good one. It's a classic that can't be beat by the opening themes they have now. Just like the original Digimon theme song.
