Power metal

I've never been much on music. People now and then would come by and ask me what my favorite genre was or what I listened to and I never really had an answer.
So like I recently came across a couple a songs I like and listened to more from the same bands and still liked it to the point where I listened to them more repeatedly. So I would like you all(Catfish) to post your favorite power metal songs and/or bands.
(This is actually more of a request but I doubt anyone in requests would be of much help since this site does specialize in anime stuff and the like. Either way it's still music related with possible discussions so I ask it be left here)

Hibria is awesome, isn't it?
Sea of Lies - Symphony X
It's like 5:12 AM and I have school in a few hours. I'll try to get some more later. I need sleep. D:
Edit: Who am I kidding I'm not going to sleep.
I swear Iced Earth must purposely play every song worse in studio so they can make it sound awesome live.
Weballergy - Sonata Arctica
Crazy vocals on this one. Really don't know any one word to describe it other than "Epic".
Lost Horizon has some other good songs, too, but this one's pretty popular, and with good reason.

As posted above older Sonata Arctica (Ecliptica) should be right up your street, also checkout Dragonforce's first 2/3 albums (Valley of the Damned), PowerQuest, Axenstar, some Edguy.
Going down this vein might also find you dabbling in Symphonic Metal such as Nightwish, Delain and After Forever and a whole load of other related genres.
Should get you started :)

NEXUS
Since 2010
I saw Hibria live in concert last summer when they came to my town. I got to see the band during their sound check and it was sweet.

Demons & Wizards - Fiddler on the Green (cool ballad)
Nightwish - Know Why the Nightingale Sings
Evergrey - Watching the Skies
Fates Warning - Without A Trace
Jag Panzer - Three Voices of Fate
Hammerfall - The Dragon Lies Bleeding

Powerglove for the win?Powerglove = AWESOME
too bad I only have their first album, and it's all instrumentals
As for myself, my taste and power metal, at this time, pretty much begins and ends with Manowar's "Gods of War LIVE" album

I'd love to post youtube videos but all I can say is Kamelot and their albums such as Epica, The Black Halo, and Ghost Opera. I recommend the songs on all three albums (All of them)
