Program for creating character design and cg for vn

I'm currently looking for the best program for drawing and creating character and cg for visual novel. Another note, I'm looking free program or some program that have crack on it to run. So if everyone in fakku knows about it please tell me where can I find it from. Thanks for those who can provide me with answer!

This might help. As for drawings, you should probably just roll with Photo Shop.

Yeah, I already check the website and test drive the renpy program. It was quite standard for creating vn but really easy to use for beginner. But, my request still not been thoroughly answered. ~Thanks anyway for the reply~
