Programs that increases Internet Connection Speed?

As the title suggests, Can somebody provide (if legit) some that can really boost the internet speed connection... Thanks in Advance...

Anyway I found out that some hooligans can increase their Internet Speed by using certain program... I cant really say if its a packet sniffer but it really increase the connection speed 5x faster...

And also, i dont really trust instructions on Streaming video sites since most of it are just bluffs and unusuable...
