Psp trouble

My psp wont read any visual novels or anything, it always reads as corrupt, whats the reason it's doing that? I have it updated to 6.30 and have a 4gig ms.

Not modded and someone told me its custom. Its version 6.31

1. Confirm your PSP series (Fat/Slim/Bright/Go)

2. Get a Pandora Battery (Make it/Buy it/Borrow it)

3. Downgrade you Firmware to at least around 5.00

4. Install a CFW or the temporary CFW

5. Copy ISO file to MMS

6. ????

7. Profit

Bright? Is that what they're calling it now? what's next? ps3 bright?

Thnx kaimax, i knew i had to do that but just needed a conformation. Now to buy a battery -.-

Don't know what the "international" folks named it, but the local community here named it "bright" because it's obviously more brighter than the first 2.

sorry for my ignorence, but how can PSP play Visual Novel?
what about the patch?

There's usually
1. Already loaded with the ISO file
2. You need to patch it manually using EBoot files.

It's not "How can you play" but more to "How can you patch the translation file, because I already played many visual novels in my PSP... >_>
