QC patch

Is there anyone know what exactly is a qc patch (for visual novel)?
Or make one?

I think that means Quality Control.

It's basically the finishing touches to something; fixes any remaining bugs or discontinuities.

Proofreading, bundled up into an executable file which applies itself over your game.

You make one by proofreading.

is there a guide or something to make one? i have a translation for a visual novel but i dunno how to applied it in the game.
